David Brotzen
David Brotzen specialises in reputation management, identifying and managing complex industry issues, and carrying out crisis and change management. He has more than 20 years' experience of senior in-house roles and has managed complex assignments spanning a range of sensitive issues for organisations including Shell, Serco, AIG, Lundbeck and Audi. He was director of issues and crisis management at Hill & Knowlton UK Ltd for six years between 1996 and 2002.
